The benefit from the service is the location of current or pre-existing conditions never reported to you.
All contact information including address, phone number, name of facility, and contact person is provided. With your release or subpoena you can obtain full records from the institutions that we acquired hits from.
Other advantages are specific to each search. For example, someone claimed carpal tunnel syndrome that had received no hospitalization but did previously attend an occupational clinic for a full year.
Another example is a pharmaceutical records search that uncovered someone addicted to pain medications. Each can provide different benefits depending on the subject’s claim and prior history.

The cost of a canvass is a flat rate of $150.00 per each search (i.e. hospital, pharmaceutical, occupational health centers, clinic, or pharmaceuticals.
We offer a discount for ordering a comprehensive medical canvass which includes a hospital, chiropractic, and pharmaceutical for a flat rate of $400.00 for all three.
In addition to the canvass we can pair it with a social security number search that might yield additional addresses for a fee of $35.00 per search or $15.00 if paired with a comprehensive.
Additional canvasses can be performed at the new addresses possibly uncovering more treatment dates.
Another option, if the initial search does not yield any records, is an expanded search which is offered at a discounted rate of $125.00 per each search or $300 for a comprehensive.
